COACHING

Your favourite employee
could soon be your
favourite ex-employee.

As you know, developing the potential in a talented employee can be one of the best investments you can make. Realise that potential, and you’ll have an asset on your top team for many years. Leave it undiscovered or not fully developed, and you may have a disenchanted employee, who will start looking elsewhere or simply say goodbye one day.

If you had more time yourself, I’m sure you would provide more input helping your team members along their path, but most senior people in business are very busy these days. I offer a very specific, rigorous, five-session coaching programme which achieves results that many clients describe as ‘transformational’.

Before training as a coach during my professional life, I have worked in and with multiple professional service firms and other businesses, from the very large to the very small. I have seen how company structures and processes can benefit or unwittingly hamper the development of the valuable people in their teams.

I have four decades of professional experience, as well as formal training as a coach by the renowned Executive Coaching Consultancy in London. My coaching process has a well-defined start and finish, with a very strong focus on measurable deliverables. This is coaching – not training, not mentoring. It is designed to give the coachee the skills to see their strengths more clearly, and the confidence to build on their existing abilities, find their own answers and plot their own path, after I’ve gone.

My coaching is based on positivity, bringing out and accentuating the strengths that are already there. It can turn what seems like a hugely challenging leap into a series of really manageable steps, giving the coachee the ability to purposefully move forward. And giving you an even more capable person who is flourishing and feels valued.
